Daniel, who has cerebral palsy and uses an electric wheelchair, has served on the Board of Disability Rights Oregon since 2011. He previously served as Board Chair and Vice-Chair.
Daniel has worked as a private practice attorney, focusing on civil rights law.
Currently, he assists the ACLU of Oregon with litigation, and is pursuing a career in research and litigation support. He also serves on the board of the ACLU of Oregon.
Daniel graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2010, and lives in Eugene.
