In Oregon, you must sign your ballot envelope. That’s how election officials know it was you who voted. It’s ok if your signature changes, or you can’t write, because of a disability. You just have to fill out a Signature Stamp Attestation form (SEL 540). Call your local elections office to fill one out before you vote. No one else can sign for you.
