Grievance Policy

You have the right to file a written grievance with Disability Rights Oregon to appeal a decision made by staff. The purpose of Disability Rights Oregon’s grievance process is to make sure that our decisions and actions are fair and consistent with our mandates, policies, and priorities. If you wish to provide feedback to Disability Rights Oregon about its services but not file a formal grievance, you can fill out Disability Rights Oregon’s client satisfaction survey.
