No attorney-client relationship will be formed simply by communicating or supplying information to Disability Rights Oregon via email or the website.
Donor Privacy
Disability Rights Oregon strongly believes in protecting the integrity and privacy of personal information gathered from our supporters through all of our communication channels, as well as from visitors to our website. The protection of your privacy is of great importance to us.
Disability Rights Oregon collects information from its donors, including name, address, and contact information. Any information regarding Disability Rights Oregon’s donors is encrypted and secured using dual-factor authentication. As required by law, donations of more than 2% of Disability Rights Oregon’s entire budget must be reported on our IRS Form 990, Schedule B.
Disability Rights Oregon uses a third-party processor for credit card donations. Credit card numbers are not retained by Disability Rights Oregon.
