Disability Rights Oregon is dedicated to ensuring equitable pay across the organization. Starting compensation is determined by the number of years of directly related paid experience. Further details about compensation based on your experience will be provided during the interview process.


Where do we work?

We offer hybrid work options for most of our positions, with fully remote or in-office arrangements available as well. Some roles may involve occasional travel within Oregon. We encourage candidates from outside the Portland metropolitan area to apply.
