People with mental illness are the constituents of the Mental Health Rights Project.
The Council should be broadly representative of the community and reflect the cultural, racial, ethnic, gender, sexual orientation, religious, age, and socioeconomic diversity of Oregon.
Council members must avoid actual or potential conflicts of interest.
The Council advises Disability Rights Oregon on service priorities for the Mental Health Rights Project.
