Molly Silverstein-Bode

Administrative and Grants Manager

Molly joined Disability Rights Oregon in July 2023 as Administrative and Grants Manager.

Molly has held a variety of roles in the social work and nonprofit spaces. Before joining Disability Rights Oregon, she served as Executive Director of the WJS Family Trust. She was also the Director of Submissions and Traffic then later Director of Programming for the Portland Film Festival. In 2021, she graduated from Portland State University with a Master of Social Work (MSW), which included a concentration in therapeutic practice with Children, Youth and Family.

Along with her MSW, Molly also holds a MA in Film Curation from Birkbeck University, and a BA in American Studies from Yale University.

Her hobbies include drawing comics, hiking, watching movies, and exploring Portland’s incredible food scene.
