Toni Larson

Before joining Disability Rights Oregon in May 2024, Toni served for nearly 10 years as Oregon's Residential Facilities Ombudsman. In this role, she led advocacy for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities and people with mental illness living in 2,900 homes and facilities across the state.

As an Advocate at Disability Rights Oregon, Toni is based on the Oregon Coast and supports regional outreach. Toni earned her bachelor’s degree from Linfield University in McMinnville.

When Toni is not advocating, you’ll find her baking Scandinavian pastries, sewing, and pretending to do yoga.
