Destini Martinez

Staff Attorney

Destini joined Disability Rights Oregon in July 2024 as Staff Attorney for the Crime Survivor Project. 

Destini received her law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School, where she worked as a law clerk for the Criminal Justice Reform Clinic and interned at the Victim Rights Law Center. She also has experience in criminal defense legal work.

Destini balances work with time outdoors spent hiking, backpacking, paddleboarding, and visiting hot springs, practicing yoga and meditation, salsa dancing, reading and learning new things, and spending time with family, friends, and pets.
