Libby Teays

Intake Advocate

Libby joined Disability Rights Oregon as an Administrative Assistant in February 2024. She was promoted to Intake Advocate for the Multnomah County Civil Commitment Program in June 2024.

Prior to joining our team, Libby worked as an intern for Senator Jeff Merkley's office and as a canvasser for Oregon Public Broadcasting.

She recently graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Women's Studies.
