Community Work Incentives Coordinator

Madison joined Disability Rights Oregon in May 2024 as Community Work Incentives Coordinator for our Plan for Work project. 

Before joining our team, Madison worked as an Educational Assistant at a middle school for the Gresham-Barlow School District where she provided educational support to students with disabilities. 

Madison earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Oregon.

Outside of work, Madison enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with loved ones, and painting.
