Sarah Murphy

Human Resources, Xenium HR

Before joining Disability Rights Oregon in October 2023, Sarah had many years of experience in human resources work. She has held roles as a director of human resources, employee relations specialist, resources generalist, and recruiter, where she helped fill many roles for nonprofit and for-profit clients. 

Sarah earned her Bachelors from Saint Mary's College in California and her Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of California at Berkeley. 

In her time away from work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter, watching any baseball game, exploring the Portland food scene, taking long walks and hikes in the Pacific Northwest, and reading a variety of non-fiction books.
