Meghan Apshaga

Staff Attorney

Meghan has been at Disability Rights Oregon since October 2021. Meghan came to Disability Rights Oregon after five years as a Staff Attorney at Disability Rights Washington where she conducted investigations, led report writing, and worked to protect the rights of Social Security Beneficiaries.

Meghan helped open Disability Rights Washington’s Spokane office and led their work to build relationships in Eastern Washington. As a Staff Attorney at Disability Rights Oregon, Meghan is based in Central Oregon and supports regional outreach to Central and Eastern Oregon. Meghan earned her law degree from the University of Washington’s School of Law.
